A lift truck is a complex piece of machinery that requires knowledge, respect and driving skills to operate the lift truck in a safe manner. Any unskilled operators are a danger to themselves as well as others in the workplace.
Regardless if any class of lift truck is operated for 5 minutes or 5 hours in a day, Due Diligence must be demonstrated by both the employer and the supervisor together with compliance of the strict provisions of the law that expect your lift truck operators are “competent” to operate that particular class of vehicle.
With an instructor that has over 10 years experience operating and instructing on all types of lift trucks, the H.E.L.P. Safety Services provides a quality lift truck training program that meets all guidelines put forward by the Ministry of Labour, and the CSA B335.94 standard (Industrial Lift Truck Operator Training).
Our training is conducted at your convenience offering training certificates on all classes and types of electric and propane forklifts, propane tank change safety, classroom training, practical and train-the-trainer training.
All training is conducted at your facility, utilizing your lift truck material handling equipment. Whether it is a battery or propane-powered unit we provide the most up to date and practical information when it comes to lift truck training. Our classroom and practical training course allows for onsite evaluation and certification of your operators in your workplace setting and operating conditions.
