During our initial consultation and discussion on your concerns, we may or may not be able to determine or evaluate a threat level. The threat level in most cases determines the scope and cost of the work to be carried out. The assignments are carried out by personnel with extensive law enforcement background having worked in specialised specific disciplines with the Federal Government followed by experience in the private sector

Caution should be taken as to how you contact us if your concern involves either a suspected bugging, wiretap, eavesdropping situation, surveillance, requirement for a physical security review or an electronic countermeasure sweep of your offices, boardroom, vehicles, boats, limousine, vacation property or private residence. We request that you contact us from a location other than that suspected of being compromised, such as a public telephone.

Whether your concern involves property or persons, the broad tactical areas of our expertise and specialisation include:

1.         Site Security Inspections: The site security inspection audit is initiated to identify and evaluate all possible security weaknesses of any commercial business premises, industrial plant facilities, residential or vacation premises, proposed function or meeting locations, filming site locations etc., and can include a risk analysis assessment. Any security inspection audit is obviously tailored to suit the particular area of concern and our final report may include professional recommendations or guidelines and direction for correcting any deficiencies. For example, the report may outline the use of crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) techniques or it may be a pre-development review of the plan drawings of a new facility and onsite progress review of the construction by our professional engineer. H.E.L.P. Safety Services can also draft or assist in amending any required written security policies; because what may follow any physical inspection is a review of the loss control system and associated policies and procedures or life safety procedures.

2.         Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM):  State-of-the-art electronic eavesdropping detection equipment such as non-linear junction detectors which detect the presence of hidden electronics, RF spectrum analysers, telephone analysers, line and cable analysers, to name a few, are utilised. The de-bugging and electronic countermeasure sweeps art combined with tactical procedures that have been learned through 18 years experience in the TSCM and specialised intelligence field with government. Additional experience by working privately for the past 17 years for clients who are major Corporations in the private sector, Government Agencies and other business clients locally and internationally.

3.         Forensic Investigative Accounting  Financial investigations are conducted by experienced former RCMP Commercial Fraud Investigators operating as a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy handling personal and corporate bankruptcies and other Financial Advisory services. These additional services include Financial Investigations, Employee dishonesty and Shareholder disputes investigated by accredited Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) or Certified Forensic Investigators (CFI). Part of the ongoing services is review and continuing education of Fraud Prevention.

4.         VIP Security and Investigations: Personal VIP Security can be provided for company executives in Canada or internationally utilising personnel with extensive background experience from Federal law enforcement VIP Protection Services. Investigations or covert surveillance can be conducted to suit any particular requirement.
