DIRECTOR

Bryan Powers is the Managing Director and a Senior Consultant with H.E.L.P. Safety Services Inc. Bryan brings his 16 plus years of health & safety and labour experience with the Ontario Ministry of Labour to the Group. Beginning as a Health and Safety Inspector in northern Ontario, Bryan transferred to the Toronto area in 1982 where over a period of time he gained experience with the Ministry in areas such as the Industrial Branch, Labour Relations and Health and Safety management positions. In 1989 Bryan joined the Ministry's new Health and Safety Mediation Advisory Services. Prior to leaving the Ministry of Labour in 1996, Bryan was the Provincial Mediator for H&S Mediation Services, responsible for health and safety dispute resolution services on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, and policy development for the Province's Health and Safety Mediators. In addition to corporate administration and health and safety consulting work of the Company, Bryan handles any labour relations and ADR initiatives, as well as Ministry of Labour Order Appeal handling or mediation, and multi-site Joint Health and Safety Committee arrangements, submissions for approval.
