EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Well trained people are the key to the success of any health and safety program. Although the law requires safe work instruction, employers and supervisors often lack the time and expertise to plan, prepare and conduct effective workplace training.

We also recognize that training is not always the solution to all workplace problems. Issues such as needed improvements to plant facilities, guarding or ventilation may be the root of some workplace problems.

If training is what you need to comply with orders from the Ministry of Labour or to better prepare workers for their day to day functions the staff at H.E.L.P. Safety Services Inc. can assist you by identifying, preparing and delivering the training you need.
