H.E.L.P. Safety Services Inc. offers a full range of consulting engineering services. We are authorized by the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario to practice consulting engineering and offer expertise in electrical, mechanical and structural engineering.

H.E.L.P. Safety Services Inc. is able to offer a full range of compliance services in response to the Ministry of Labour requirement for Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews (PSRs). If equipment is being installed or modified in your operation, our staff is able to assist with determining which equipment requires a pre-start review. As well, our staff is experienced in the preparation of comprehensive reports of findings addressing compliance issues as required by Section 7 of the Industrial Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

H.E.L.P. Safety Services Inc. also offers engineering assistance for:

• Hazard assessments, failure analysis and forensic accident investigations are carried
  out by staff with extensive experience in the private and public sectors.
• Load rating review or certification certificates for cranes, lifting equipment, lifting devices, rigging equipment, man lifts or other associated lifting equipment can be provided.
• The classification of hazardous locations.
• The classification of a confined space or assessment of the area to provide written confined space policies and procedures.
• Expert witness testimony can be provided in support of litigation.
